Hallmark is the only local PC assembler and distributor/wholesaler in the Northern Territory. Our customers include mass merchants, system integrators and resellers. Hallmark became one of the two endorsed Northern Territory government PC suppliers in July 2001 and later became the exclusive desktop supplier in 2004 following our strong performance.

The fact that we are Territorians ourselves gives us the advantage of understanding how business is done in the Territory and the wide range of issues that affect the N.T consumer. These include product support, stock supplies and lengthy delivery lead times. We live in a unique part of the world and to address this Hallmark has invested substantially in training its staff to provide superior customer service and maintain its stock holding to achieve the following objectives:

• 90%+ nominal advertised notebook, component and peripheral orders are to be fulfilled within 8 working hours
• 90% + nominal advertised PC systems are to be fulfilled within 3 working days
• 90%+ single server orders shall be fulfilled within 10-14 working days
• Pre-sale inquiries including PC system quotations are provided within 8 working hours.
• First level technical support is provided within 8 working hours
